DESOTO / DALLAS-FORT WORTH

Medical & wheelchair
transportation in DeSoto.

Arrange a DeSoto pickup for a medical appointment, wheelchair-accessible ride or private transportation. Your appointment may be nearby in southwest Dallas or farther across DFW. Include the actual destination city, building and requested arrival time so the route can be reviewed.

Use the current southwest Dallas hospital name.

Methodist Southwest Medical Center in Dallas was previously called Methodist Charlton Medical Center. If your appointment instructions use the former name, confirm the current facility, address and building with the care team before requesting the ride.

For recurring care from DeSoto, share your requested weekdays and the time you expect to be ready for each leg. If the return destination is a family home rather than the original pickup, include that address so both journeys can be quoted.

Have these route details ready

  • The destination city when the DeSoto appointment is in nearby Dallas.
  • The current facility and building on any notice using the Charlton name.
  • A different return address if you will stay with family after the visit.
