DALLAS / DALLAS-FORT WORTH

Medical & wheelchair
transportation in Dallas.

Arrange a Dallas pickup for a medical appointment, a wheelchair-accessible ride or a personal trip. A hospital name alone may not identify the right arrival point. Share the building and entrance from your appointment instructions so your ride plan matches the place you need to be.

Match the ride to the Dallas campus.

Parkland lists several facilities on its main campus, including the Moody Outpatient Center, Ron J. Anderson, MD Clinic and Simmons Ambulatory Surgery Center. Check which building appears on your appointment notice before choosing a destination.

For a return ride, ask the clinic where you will leave the building. A discharge pickup may use a different meeting point from an outpatient appointment. Share that location and a contact who can provide an update when you are ready.

If your Dallas visit has several check-ins, list each address and required arrival time. Moving to another appointment building is a separate transport detail to review, even when both visits belong to the same healthcare system. Identify the last stop so the return pickup is planned from the right place.

Have these route details ready

  • The appointment building, suite and entrance, rather than only the hospital name.
  • Any apartment gate, elevator or steps between your Dallas pickup and the vehicle.
  • Check-in times for each stop and the building where the final visit ends.

Use the facility's current instructions to confirm the appointment building and arrival point. Named facilities are possible destinations; DC Elite Transport does not claim affiliation or endorsement.

Can I request a Dallas pickup and a return from a different building?

Yes. Include both arrival and return locations in your request. If your Dallas appointment moves between buildings, confirm the final pickup point with the clinic and share it with the owner before the return arrangement is finalized.

Passenger pricing across DFW

Private vehicle, medical van and wheelchair van rides use the same passenger rate: $75 per leg includes pickup and 10 driving miles, then $2.50 per driving mile beyond 10. A second wheelchair rider sharing the pickup, destination and timing adds $35 per leg. Outbound and return legs are estimated separately.

Base rates apply weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM Central, excluding holidays. The highest applicable pickup premium is 25% on weekends, 50% from 6 PM to 6 AM, or 75% on holidays; these premiums do not stack. Waiting includes a 15-minute grace period, then $40 per hour for ambulatory transport or $70 per hour for wheelchair transport. The owner confirms your route, wait arrangements and final quote before booking.
