A second wheelchair rider sharing the pickup, destination and timing adds $35 per leg. Outbound and return legs are estimated separately.

Base rates apply weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM Central, excluding holidays. The highest applicable pickup premium is 25% on weekends, 50% from 6 PM to 6 AM, or 75% on holidays; these premiums do not stack. Waiting includes a 15-minute grace period, then $40 per hour for ambulatory transport or $70 per hour for wheelchair transport.
